Booking and Payment Information

All reservations will be on request through online, call or SMS, and in person.

A deposit of 50% of the total due must be made at least 2 days prior to tour date. For joiners and tours outside of Cebu, deposit must be made at least 7 days prior to tour date.

Final payment can be paid on the day of the tour.

Last minute bookings made less than 2 days (or 7 days for joiners and tours outside of Cebu) prior to travel must be paid in full as soon as you receive our acknowledgement of reservation.

  • Credit/Debit Card or PayPal (Transaction Fee of 5% pay thru website)

Terms and Conditions

All rates are fixed at the time of the booking and generally will not be subject to any surcharges. The only exception will be an increase in our costs arising as the result of any government action including but not limited to, new or increased entrance fees, government and environmental fees, and taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax).

If you wish to change your booking in anyway after we have received your payment, and if we can accept the change, we reserve the right to collect additional charges necessary for the corresponding amendments

You may cancel all or part of your booking at any time. You will receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to tour date, 50% of the total package cost (forfeiting the downpayment) if cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to tour date, and no refund (forfeiting the downpayment) if cancellation is made 1 day prior to tour date, unless cause of cancellation is cancelled flight or ferry trip, or closure of tour destination/activity due to bad weather condition, in which case full refund will be given (except for bookings with accommodation where cancellation is subject to hotel’s own policy).

It is unlikely that we will have to amend your booking. However, occasionally changes may become necessary which we reserve the right to make at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date.

We are not responsible for changes which arise as a result of events outside of our control, such as technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or main charter company, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity.

We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your booking. However, in no case will we cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to tour date, unless it is for reasons outside of our control or for non-receipt of payment by you. If we do cancel you’re booking (other than for late or non-payment) we will offer you a full refund (except for bookings with accommodation where cancellation is subject to hotel’s own policy).

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your travel without notice should your behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

No refund will be due to you in respect to the non-utilization of any part of the travel arrangements made for you.

We do our very best to ensure that your travel arrangements go according to plan. However, if you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide for you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you. We can’t accept responsibility for your complaint if you do not inform us immediately and deprive us the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf and to help resolve the problem.

IMPORTANT: For joiners, in the event that the number of guests will not reach the minimum required (10 persons) during 7 days prior to tour date, confirmed guests will have the option for refund/resched or must pay the corresponding rate depending on how many persons are confirmed on that date.
